The app advertises 24/7 customer service, but when a critical issue occurred and the app completely stopped appearing on our store, they were unable to resolve it promptly. Instead of fixing the problem on the spot, the issue was unnecessarily prolonged with little sense of urgency or clear justification.
I had to repeatedly follow up and push for updates despite explaining that the matter was urgent and directly impacting our business. The support experience fell far below what I would expect from a service claiming round-the-clock assistance.
Unfortunately, this was a frustrating and stressful experience, and I cannot recommend the app based on the quality of support we received.

When something impacts your store and day-to-day business operations, you should receive fast support, clear prioritization, and proactive communication. We didn’t deliver that level of urgency or clarity, and we understand why that was so frustrating.
Since then, we’ve addressed the core issue that was preventing the app from appearing properly. That said, we absolutely don’t want to leave you with anything that still “doesn’t feel right,” especially on mobile.
We’ve already replied on the existing support thread and we’re standing by to wait for your responde, we’ll prioritize the follow-up and make sure your setup looks correct across devices. Again, we’re sorry for the experience, and we appreciate the feedback because it helps us improve how we handle time-sensitive cases.

I’ve tried a few Instagram feed apps before, but Omega instafeed is honestly surprised me. It’s completely free and still delivers everything I needed without limitations. The setup was smooth, and the feed looks clean and professional on my store.
