It's been 10 days since I sent you an e-mail that has gone unanswered.
We have received a complaint for not being ADA compliant and your widget is one of the elements of our site that is causing problems!
It's very important to make very simple changes on your side and this will benefit all your customers!
So we're very disappointed with your reactivity, even though we're satisfied with the rest.
If you don't update your widget soon, we'll be forced to use another one.

This is Ocean from the SocialWidget support team. I understand that you are disappointed with the unexpected situation that caused your experience, and on behalf of my team, I sincerely apologize.
I would like to clarify that we received your email on July 25, 2023, and I sent a response email to acknowledge receipt of your request. Unfortunately, there was a technical issue with our application that caused all emails sent on that day to be rejected. To rectify the situation, we sent another email using Gmail services. We kindly request that you check if you have received it. Thank you for your cooperation.
The inquiry is under implementation and possibly be updated during the week. We acknowledge that it was our fault for not keeping you informed about the process, and we hope to have the opportunity to support you better in the future.

I honestly cannot rate this app higher than a two because #1 It will not automatically update/refresh from IG to Shopify store. #2 Vivian stated she could make it refresh automatically, but never did and failed to respond to repeated emails asking her when it would be done. Deleted this app. I don't need much, but I do need my slider to auto refresh when I post on IG!
