Excellent customer support and great app. Had to work at it a bit to get it set up properly after I missed a step. Ricky took care of us though with screenshots walking us through how to fix it. Love the app so far.

To share a bit more context here: the disconnections you encountered are related to authentication token expirations from a third-party API. These can occur for reasons outside of our direct control, such as security updates, API limitations, or unexpected token resets. Unfortunately, this tends to happen more often with Personal accounts, which are inherently less stable when connected through these APIs.

This app is fantastic; we’ve been using it for several years.
It’s fully customizable, supports multiple languages, and the support team is incredibly responsive. They’re a huge help in fine-tuning the look and feel of your store, and I highly recommend it.
