無事にInstagramのフィードを表示させることが出来ました。
テーマのバージョンが古すぎるせいか、Auto installでは上手くいかず、Manual installを試すことになりました。自力では少し難しかったのですが、チャットで問い合わせたところすぐに対応していただけましたので、大変助かりました。ありがとうございました。
日本語でチャットを送らせていただきましたが、サポートの方が日本語に翻訳して返事をしてくださいました。
Very good app. Reliable. We use the free version and it works. Just be sure every 30 days or so you have to log back in. It is very easy to use and looks great on the website.

It's been 10 days since I sent you an e-mail that has gone unanswered.
We have received a complaint for not being ADA compliant and your widget is one of the elements of our site that is causing problems!
It's very important to make very simple changes on your side and this will benefit all your customers!
So we're very disappointed with your reactivity, even though we're satisfied with the rest.
If you don't update your widget soon, we'll be forced to use another one.

I would like to clarify that we received your email on July 25, 2023, and I sent a response email to acknowledge receipt of your request. Unfortunately, there was a technical issue with our application that caused all emails sent on that day to be rejected. To rectify the situation, we sent another email using Gmail services.
