New to this app but great experience so far!
Hi Mindful Escape Home Fragrance, thanks for sharing your feedback! We're really happy to hear you're enjoying the app so far. Best wishes!
Instafeed Team
Solid basic functionality but customization is somewhat limited. However, I was able to quickly and easily have my customization issues resolved by the support staff. Good offerings for the free and lower tiers.
Hello Motobilt, thank you for leaving us this review. We are glad to hear that you found our basic functionalities solid! We would like to mention that our advanced plan (Plus), offers a range of features to enhance the experience with our app. Nevertheless, regardless of the plan, our support team is always available to help with any customisations you may need. Best wishes!
Used it for a while. Happy overall with the functions and its easy to use. Very helpful support also. I would love this app even more if the posts was translated automaticly in Shopify.
Also it would be great if Instafeed would make every post to a blog post, that way it would be indexed in Google and the post could give the store more traffic (better SEO).
Another thing I miss is the ability to link (have buttons) for collection and pages, not only for products. You know sometimes you want to promote a sale, in stock products, a collection/brand, etc.
Hope you can look into this team! :D
Edit: Some way it says "About 1 year using this app" but we have used this app for over 4 years and are happy.
Hello Docklandet, thank you so much for leaving us this 5 star review and for recommending us! We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed Instafeed and the experience with our Support Team. Best wishes!

Hi Quinta do Tedo, thank you for your review! We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the experience with our team. All the best!
Great app displays the pics very nicely, it adds a great touch to my store, because I am able to display product and influencer pics
Thank you for your review Makeup Scientist! Let us know if there's anything we can do for you to give us that 5 stars quality review! :)
It is simple to use and very easy to set up, but I decided to uninstall it. This app only filters hashtags down by your own account posts with that hashtag, not ALL the public posts with that hashtag. I get that some stores might want to limit their posts to only their own account posts, but we are using this for a fundraiser and wanted everyone's posts to show. They were quick with the support and let me know that this app wouldn't work how we wanted it to. If you want to save a little money and know what you want to use this for, it's a good app. We just needed more.
Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback. As explained over email, at this time getting public posts is not allowed by Instagram and can get you banned. Our app is focused on offering the best experience possible while keeping you safe at all times.
Thanks,
Instafeed Team
