The app doesn't work consistently and support doesn't replies to email.
The initial setup was a little wonky but once it installed to the store it became an excellent addition!

After having trouble to get my Insta-feed displayed on my website in Firefox, I contacted the support. Ines responded super fast and gave the right tip. After adding my website to Firefox's Facebook-container everything works great. Thank you so much for both, amazing app and super helpful support!

I was glad to see that Instfeed integrated with Shopify, as it was pretty confusing for me (someone who doesn't know coding). But the customizations are so limited, I find myself googling how to modify the code to get it to display the way I want. Especially for the mobile version, it's showing up as one photo per row and huge, so unattractive! Please help fix this.
Great app which does exactly what I was looking for: showing my Instagram pics on my website. Also the support was very quick in responding. Thumbs up!

Very easy to install and quite customizable! I would recommend people to use this app :)
I do love this app, but unfortunately just about every single day I have to keep regenerating new tokens because it keeps saying I have an invalid token after about a day or so. It is getting extremely frustrating and I am going to start looking for another app that does the job.

Tokens are managed by Instagram and not Instafeed, they are usually expired for security reasons and to protect your Instagram account of being compromised. That's actually something good!

Instagram is changing the way it connects to Shopify so I was looking for a good app to replace our home page feed. Not only does the Instafeed app look great it's easy to install, completely customizable and extremely affordable compared to other apps in the marketplace. 5 stars from me... highly recommended.
The app does a decent job, but has limitations in the number of feeds/products to display even when we are using paid plans. We use Instagram as a primary sales channel but the app limits display to 20 rows - which is about 20 pictures only if you are on mobile and set the setting to display one product per row.
This is on a paid plan too - we contacted the developer to see whether we can come to a custom solution to get more feed display, but they are very dismissive and became unresponsive after the first or second message.
Also, the feed update is not as frequent as we'd like. Oftentimes we will publish something on Instagram and then have to wait for a whole hour until the picture shows up in the app. Contacted the developer about this and received no response/explanation.
If capacity is an issue, then perhaps offer a more expensive plan to cover for businesses who really need a full feed display, or at least offer the support your client deserves from being on a monthly subscription. It doesn't feel like they cared.
