So far so good, had removed previous provider of whom offers same value add offering however the customer experience and ease of usage and achieving outcome at ease is much better and straight forward.

I used this to add a dynamic gallery page to my website to show customers having fun with my product. The support team were super helpful getting it set up in a format that worked. Very happy with the product and service.

Had a slight problem with how the "powered by" graphic was displaying, but Sophia was able to fix it quickly and without stress on our part. The app works well and serves as a great part of our gallery page. Definitely recommend.

After an update, we will likely be looking for another IG feed app. They have removed the ability to use the grid layout with the free version, and our feed desynced and will not update properly.

I have used this app for a while and the support has not been great at all. I have reached out multiple times with either no response or the same copy and paste response. Your instagram profile picture does not even show either, instead you get a generic icon. On top of that the add-on this app provides slows down your page load speeds enormously and has affected the performance of my site. I would not recommend this app.

You had further complained that the app is slowing down your website. We responded to you by updating you that the website load speed depends on multiple factors and not just a single app. Our app has been optimized to run with little impact on online stores and the app's Lighthouse performance score is good.

Great app! I had a couple of questions and the customer service was top notch! They responded quickly and solved the issue. Definitely would recommend.
good customer service helps very quick. they have a great app but unfortunately no slide with mouse option. with the free option you have to press arrows to go to the next picture. Overal a great app almost perfect.
