Love it! I works perfectly on my site. The installation was incredibly quick and easy. Helps me tie in my Instagram and has helped me drive traffic to the site.

Generally happy with transition to this app. Reached out to support team for help regarding IG feed layout issues. Fixes were made very quickly.
I installed this app in our store and unfortunately due to my specific store setup and configuration, this app will not work for us. So why the 5 star review you may ask?? I contacted Raptor support with the issue we were having. They looked at our store setup and identified the issue. Instead of changing our store setup which could damage other areas in the store, or making up some excuse, Raptor support told us what the problem was, they were ethical in letting us know their app was not the best solution for our particular store and they made sure we were not charged for our time on the app. With all the apps available and the way we store owners take leaps of faith many times on installing these apps - it is great to come across an app owner with the business ethics and integrity that Raptor showed me. If this app will work for your store, I highly recommend it based on the ethical and quick response I received from Raptor support.
Love the Instagram Feed & Slider app. A super simple solution with great results for our store. Love the fact that our customers can follow our insta feed directly from our website. Well done to the developers.

We checked our email, however we could not find any email from your end about the issue, our response time is very fast. We could have definitely helped you within a couple of minutes of your email.
We have given instructions in our app on how to delete / remove code. We have one click uninstall feature.
When you delete app, you get the email from app which has the code uninstall instructions.
Also, the app was FREE just for a day as a promotion was going on, we emailed you about this and shared a screenshot also with you in email.
Please respond to our email, we will try to fix everything for you right away.
