We tried to use this app for my website and gave us lots of errors, I repeatedly try to get support and contact them directly but they never responded. I was looking forward to use an affordable app for our website but too bad that they dont respond or help
Hello, I checked mailbox after reading your feedback, but I couldn't confirm the information which you mentioned. I tried to log in from clickagency.freshdesk.com/support to see your answers, but I can't. .. How do I know and check your answer again? We run 2 stores and we were able to do what we wanted to do with this app at the 1st store, so we tried downloading at the 2nd store as well, but when I try to download it, It automatecally moved to the existing dashboard I created without any error.
