Excellent service and communication, especially from Tattu Kachieva and Tim Khud. My Parallax theme had to be updated twice and the instagram feed broke as a result. Sure enough, they repaired everything within a day. I highly recommend Shop Instagram Feed & UGC!

Very positive experience with customer service, implementing a special request that we had to make the app even better. It is now possible to tag specific product variants, which is of great help when you feature a specific product that has different sizes and prices. I wish the cost was lower, but I have to give a high rating for customer service. The app works beautifully and because you have to install with code (something I'm not great at), SocialShop double-checked my installation and reached out to offer assistance. This happened within hours of getting it and the problem was fixed immedialtely. Highly recommend.
