Unbelievably unethical and fraudulent business practices. We signed up for the app last year (It was a different logo with a different title). It was $4.99/month, as it is still advertised in the app store. We looked at our bill this month and realized we had been charged $49/month for the last few months! When I chatted with the app developers about this claim they said we upgraded the account to a new level in June and that they can't do anything about it since they cannot access our billing account. We have 2 instagram galleries, why would we have ever upgraded our account? The answer is we did not. It seems this app was acquired and they just put the current users in new plans without any warning or approval. Now we are out $150 dollars for an app that was supposed to be $15 for that same time period.

Please let me note that recently we launched our new interface for the app dashboard and after that, we changed our pricing plan for the Instagram app and now we have only one Pro plan for $4.95.
However, we're not able to change the plan instead of you and we don't have any permission to do that. Since it can be done only by the owner of the store.

Great app, so far! I just started using it and it looks awesome on the site. The developers were very patient and helpful in getting it set up just right, both on the desktop and mobile. I'm hoping that it will increase sales as well.

Great app, the support I got when I was installing it was fantastic. So easy to deal with and responded straight away.
Support is great and fast to response! Instagram feed works great and has multiple custom options. Also it's easy to create custom instagram galleries using specific hashtags.

We recently installed this app since the Instagram feature on our home page was going away and Tattu was awesome to work with. They were prompt and so far works great! We would highly recommend and the best part is they have a free version which is what we have used so far.

Love this plugin! I was unsure on how to embed it, however customer service contacted us, and they promptly added it onto our website, which made everything 10x easier. Definitely recommend this Instagram gallery!
Lots of glitches for UGC gallery. Posts are not in right order, when contacted, they insist there is nothing wrong even though my gallery is showing old posts first despite set to 'newest posts first'

Please note, that “Newest posts first” sorting is working on the admin panel for the convenient moderation of posts.
