As there were trying to fix the issue with Instagram feed on my home page they destroyed my website applying 45 changes to my template without any permission, sections were gone, my old logo was on the website, colours of the template was the opposite that I currently had. They just reset everything and then sent me an email that they fix the issue. They applied some changes to the setting_data.json file that reverse my website to the completely old look. Also, this app has permission to private data of your customers...

As I was happy with this app before, after this situation and no answer from their side of what happened I decided to uninstall the app. Not worth the stress of what they can do with your shop while you are sleeping.

Unbelievably unethical and fraudulent business practices. We signed up for the app last year (It was a different logo with a different title). It was $4.99/month, as it is still advertised in the app store. We looked at our bill this month and realized we had been charged $49/month for the last few months! When I chatted with the app developers about this claim they said we upgraded the account to a new level in June and that they can't do anything about it since they cannot access our billing account. We have 2 instagram galleries, why would we have ever upgraded our account? The answer is we did not. It seems this app was acquired and they just put the current users in new plans without any warning or approval. Now we are out $150 dollars for an app that was supposed to be $15 for that same time period.

Please let me note that recently we launched our new interface for the app dashboard and after that, we changed our pricing plan for the Instagram app and now we have only one Pro plan for $4.95.
However, we're not able to change the plan instead of you and we don't have any permission to do that. Since it can be done only by the owner of the store.

I’d love the opportunity to discuss your concerns further with you. I’m hopeful this will give you a chance to share any part of your story that wasn’t told before as well as offer some resolution from our side on how we can help make things right between us. Lots of glitches for UGC gallery. Posts are not in right order, when contacted, they insist there is nothing wrong even though my gallery is showing old posts first despite set to 'newest posts first'

Please note, that “Newest posts first” sorting is working on the admin panel for the convenient moderation of posts.

The app was too busy pushing upgrades to me before I saw my gallery. Please stay away from this app, because the developer will send you constant emails and instagram messages . I wished he put this much effort into actual development because the issue that I had was I was unable to see my images . I was in the market for an instagram app for my business this one did not work at all. I got many offers to pay during the alleged free trial period. The app is focused on getting your money and not seeing what it can do. The developer is constantly messaging you why did you leave instead of making improvements. I got 3 emails and 2 instagram messages about this app, which is worthy of a 0 star rating.

Since then, we have only improved the app: we have added new layouts to showcase galleries in a beautiful way, we have made tagging products much easier, improved our dashboard so that you could easily manage photos, and did tons of enhancements. Moreover, we will be working hard to improve the app further.

I wanted to setup and use this app but it does not work in Google Chrome. I work off of my companies computer and cannot download any 'extensions' or other browsers to bypass this.

Dear merchant, we are sorry to hear that you had such experience, but we really appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

We would like to confirm that our app works on Google Chrome. Please know that your case was an exception. As for now, we suppose your browser might be outdated...as you are the only merchant who has reported this.

However, as you can see from other reviews, we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our merchants. And we have been craving to make things right asap. We have already sent a couple of emails with possible workarounds but never heard back... :(

I contact you because I had set up your application on my eshop, I quickly remove it seeing multiple likes on doubtful instagram profiles! I lost many subscribers because of your conneris! More, since I removed your application, I no longer have any like or movement on my insta !!! Usually every post is worth me a multidude of like in very little time! I will post your application as dubious to shopify.

We would like to apologize for the negative experience with our app. Moreover, to make things clear, we are known for little different functionality which extends to wide dimensions. But we don’t use bots nor we decrease the number of followers, meaning that we don’t touch any kind of activities on Instagram.

Our purpose is just to pull photos from Instagram accounts and Hashtag by showing them in awesome shoppable galleries on any page of your site, where you are able to tag and moderate the gallery.
