Sauce: Instagram, TikTok & UGC

It's a neat app but I would want the ability to create blog posts from things like this and not just a gallery on one page. Most of the example websites go direct to the galleries but if you look at traffic to these pages...most have very little. Think of a post where you were going to have a shoppable photo then description then another shoppable photo and repeat that process to feature something like 10 products. Now when they hover over each image throughout the post they can see the buy / add to cart options. Just stuffing a bunch into a gallery like Pinterest might show you is overwhelming and not at all funneling the customer to buy the specific item.

but this is not the worst thing! it caused my link to get blocked by Instagram. I can't use my store's link on anywhere in Instagram anymore!!!

Easy to set up, easy to use! Very user friendly platform and will hopefully send more customers to my shop! Highly suggest!

This is a no-star product, fit only for low-effort shopify sites with extremely weak or completely disposable brand identities. If you're serious about your business and customer retention, this app isn't for you.

Free seems like a great price, but this app doesn't exist for your benefit. Avoid it unless you're happy with the idea of deliberately poking holes in your conversion funnel for the benefit of the Snapppt development team.

On the plus side, installation is very simple, it all seems well coded, and the interface is clean, (although effectively impossible to customize). Viewing it solely from a technical perspective, it's very well executed.

On the negative side, showcasing your brand is not a priority here. The app aggressively hijacks your instagram content, your site, and your hard work, turning you into little more than a marketing drone working for Snapppt.

Image overlays, Snapppt logos, and persistent links are prominently displayed as often as possible, drawing customers away from your ecosystem and your store at every opportunity.

Find a different solution that actually works for you. If you install this one, you're working for Snapppt.

If you could rate an app at Zero this would be the one! It doesn't make Insta shopable, it just displays Insta on your site. Futher to that it doesn't seem to update when you add new posts.
We added one display type and it looked aweful so changed the design to the carusel dispaly... only to find that it's then got both on your site!!! We asked support and they didn't understand the question until the 2nd time I asked, then they didn't help, they just sent me links to pointless pages that still don't help.
When you install the app it auto embeds code on your store, code that doesn't remove when you delete the app... but anoyingly they won't tell you where the code is on your page, I have asked a shopify expert and they can't seem to help with this either.... it's a total nightmare of a situation with no support at all.

But the worse thing is your sites load speed... the took ours to over 10 seconds!!! That's SEO suicide. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND FIND ANOTHER APP, DON'T USE THIS ONE AT ALL.

I tried serveral times to sign up but everytime the instagram authorization fails. I asked the support for help but nobody answered

So far the app is working great. It's so nice to have a free option for this.

The idea is great and I wanted to like this. The website dashboard is beautifully designed.
The code didn't work on my site. Grids didn't show etc.
The 1 star is for the lack of support. They have a chat system but no one is looking at it. I have had 0 replies. For an app in beta (for any app), customer management is essential. Here I got nothing. It's a shame, because in principle the product looks good.

Tells you it added links to your instagram photos but when you go to the instagram feed no links are there. POS!

NOBODY CAN HELP !! POOR SUPPORT
