Great App if you're doing Instagram campaigns. Only one problem, weblink load times. Slow load times can lose your store customers.
Easy to use!! I had only 60 instagram followers and I got traffic by posting the snappt link.
I have more follows now. Hopefully they will become buyers.
It is a good tool, but it shows only a gray band on product pages that do not have UGC, which breaks up the sophistication of the shop design.

I was told by customer support that it was impossible to get rid of the gray box before, except by using the Fallback Gallery feature, but they have now solved the problem.
It would be a better tool if it were possible to analyze the performance of each UGC in more detail. The goal of UGC is not to get published, but it is also important to make improvements based on performance.

There are a few options to remove the 'grey band' you are seeing in your product page galleries. You can use the Fallback Gallery feature to fill the gallery with your most recent images for a richer customer experience. Alternatively, you can remove the background from the section where there are no items to display so it does not appear grey. Nice app and user friendly. I would prefer if the customer didn't have to click the link in insta to be taken to your snapppt shop. I've only just implemented, so I'll see if insta followers will click my link to be taken to my shop page. However, I have placed it on my website to make it super quick for my customers to shop from my home page. Fingers crossed.

Great app! Looks great on website. I would give it 5 stars, but have it 4 because I wish it would automatically upload my Instagram posts..instead of having to do it manually each time. Otherwise...love it!
Me gusta bastante, es muy fácil de usar. Estaría genial que se pudiesen subir fotos desde la aplicación,pero, desde que la uso, no sabría que hacer sin ella. Es estupenda.
Really liked this app and I spent all this time getting this working yesterday only to wake up today and see that Instagram shut it down. Instagram does not allow for this program because it takes people away from Instagram..... so just thought I should get the word out. I liked SNPT a lot but since it's designed for Instagram there's no other use for it. They turned my link into a 404 page and a message that read that this is a page Instagram doesn't allow for. I guess I am just going to delete it but it is a bummer because I spent a lot of time on this to get it working. The only thing I wasn't crazy about with this app is that on your Instagram profile you have delete your link to your store and put in their link to go to their page. Other than that, it'd be great if it was allowable by Instagram.
