Having previously tried out other shoppable Instagram apps I was stunned when I found out about Snapppt which gives me almost everything I need for my Instagram shop. The key feature about this app is just how so easy it is to integrate with Shopify and add shoppable links to the images posted on Instagram. The best feature I found was the embed widget to which you can easily link to from your Instagram bio and create a template to include full navigation menu without any hassle. The analytics concept is awesome. It provides you with insights about the best converting IG posts (having the best sales conversion rates) and be able to correlate them with the most sold products. I would surely recommend Snapppt to anyone wanting to start a shoppable Instagram without knowing any script.
Its ridiculous the amount you are now charging a month for this. It used to be free. That is quite the jump. And there is basically no free option once you use 50 tags. VERY disapointed.
Really great app. Its easy installation and good support. I Love the way it looks and the fact that I can pick and choose what to show on my site. I think it looks great and this is what all stores need to be! Thanks, Snappt!
After installing noticed a bump is sales so we are very happy with this app! Has exceeded our expectations.

Setup is a breeze. I'm not sure it will be helpful if the customer isn't using Instagram directly, but from the Snapppt page it works exactly as promised.
Hi I love the app but I am here because for some reason I cannot access the support? When I click to contact support I get a blank page that just loads. Also the Shop the Look does not load for me?

There have been several updates rolled out over the course of the day which should have addressed these issues you reported. Please do have a play again and let me know if any of these are still outstanding.
I have already emailed you directly with more details but for your convenience, I'll include some quick answers here:
* From within your SNPT admin area, you can message us via the in app messenger (bubble icon at the bottom right of the screen) or alternatively send us an email by selecting `Contact us` from the menu.
* Your `Shop the Look` page should be working fine.

Lovely App. Not sure why it is free, when it offers sooooooo many features??? I carried out a detailed comparison of all of the Insta Apps, and the range of features was easily better than the rest. Esay to set up too. Well done guys!
