Sauce: Instagram, TikTok & UGC

I have logged in with this app already. I recently changed my insta password so I was trying to log in to this app again from Shopify but it's not working anymore. not sending a reset password either. If I try to sign up again it says this user id already exists and I tried their live chat and send a message for help. Nothing, nada. I feel so lost and this app put me in a loop I feel I can't get out of. :(

I've followed the instructions, but it's not working on my feed and I cant find a customer service number, email or contact anywhere. How are we supposed to contact you for help?

Everything works well until someone clicks on the product they want to buy and the link never loads... it takes them to a snipppt link that is just not working.

Great app! Looks great on website. I would give it 5 stars, but have it 4 because I wish it would automatically upload my Instagram posts..instead of having to do it manually each time. Otherwise...love it!

Me gusta bastante, es muy fácil de usar. Estaría genial que se pudiesen subir fotos desde la aplicación,pero, desde que la uso, no sabría que hacer sin ella. Es estupenda.

Really liked this app and I spent all this time getting this working yesterday only to wake up today and see that Instagram shut it down. Instagram does not allow for this program because it takes people away from Instagram..... so just thought I should get the word out. I liked SNPT a lot but since it's designed for Instagram there's no other use for it. They turned my link into a 404 page and a message that read that this is a page Instagram doesn't allow for. I guess I am just going to delete it but it is a bummer because I spent a lot of time on this to get it working. The only thing I wasn't crazy about with this app is that on your Instagram profile you have delete your link to your store and put in their link to go to their page. Other than that, it'd be great if it was allowable by Instagram.
