I've been using this app for about 4 years now - any time I need assistance, they're quick to respond and have been incredibly supportive recently when I needed some urgent help (to fix something caused by myself). I've trialed lots of these apps over the years, and always end up coming back to Sauce - I'm here to stay now! Highly recommend!

It is a good tool, but it shows only a gray band on product pages that do not have UGC, which breaks up the sophistication of the shop design.

Update 2022/12/22
I was told by customer support that it was impossible to get rid of the gray box before, except by using the Fallback Gallery feature, but they have now solved the problem.

It would be a better tool if it were possible to analyze the performance of each UGC in more detail. The goal of UGC is not to get published, but it is also important to make improvements based on performance.

There are a few options to remove the 'grey band' you are seeing in your product page galleries. You can use the Fallback Gallery feature to fill the gallery with your most recent images for a richer customer experience. Alternatively, you can remove the background from the section where there are no items to display so it does not appear grey.
