I strongly advise all free users to stay away from this app. Our experience reveals an unethical business trap, not just a simple feature limitation.

Designed Trap: When you unintentionally exceed the free plan's tag limit, the app silently locks you out of your admin backend. The left-hand navigation menu (like "Content") becomes completely unresponsive, preventing you from taking any corrective action.

Self-Contradiction: After locking your account, the app pop-up states: "Not ready to upgrade? You can un-tag some products to continue using under the plan limits." However, they have designed a system that makes it impossible for you to follow this very instruction.

Ineffective & Evasive Support: The support team completely ignored the technical fault of the "broken navigation menu." They repeatedly avoided the issue and finally admitted that the system is designed to lock you out once over the limit, and that the only solution is to pay for an upgrade. They are leveraging a flaw in their own system's design to hold your store's functionality hostage and force you to pay.

This is a predatory pattern, not a fair freemium model. The app creates a problem it offers to solve, then blocks the solution unless you pay. Save yourself the frustration and look for a more trustworthy alternative.

app is too aggressive in seeking personal information, pushing for upgrades. once some information is entered, you get spams, bot attacks.

interface is horrible, feeds doesn't load well, needs tedious manual selection of content to be displayed, no batches selection available.

how did this app got past shopify to be approved and available to public use?

Since this was renamed/ acquired, the UX on the Shopify App is abismal. Nothing loads.
