I used to have this app a while ago and recently reinstalled and found so many more new options and features. These Technical Support guys are super knowledgeable and responsive. They fixed some issues related to schema markup that no one else could help me with . They are constantly implementing new features and options including for indexing, basic SEO and AI SEO and many more. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!!!

Lovely tool easy to use and a great way to quickly boost your store’s visibility on Bing. The support is excellent as well. We discovered a URL issue that wasn’t related to the InstaIndex tool, but Raj went the extra mile to investigate and point us in the right direction to resolve it. Thank you, Raj!

Excellent support and a very impressive implementation.

During testing, we noticed that localized product handles were initially not being submitted correctly through IndexNow. The support team investigated the issue seriously, checked the technical implementation, released translation support very quickly, and verified the logs from their side until everything worked correctly.

We installed this app, hoping it would help with indexing; however, it not only doubles Shopify's indexing but also slows the store's speed. We tried contacting customer support, but they responded only after a few hours. The support chat widget is not working. You can only send a message there; there is no way to receive a chat response. We have decided to uninstall the app and request compensation for the paid subscription.

We’re really sorry this felt frustrating. We replied to your support request in under two hours by email and also offered a video call to help, but unfortunately haven’t heard back yet. The duplicate submissions you saw are very likely caused by another IndexNow app running alongside ours, and using a single, officially supported IndexNow solution prevents this. The core IndexNow feature does not add any code to store pages. Only optional features like Schema or Instant Navigation add very lightweight code, and these load only if enabled. We’d still be happy to review your setup, help resolve what you were seeing, and discuss compensation as requested.
