I used this app for BFCM 2020. The discount worked really well at the time, however since the discounts expired and pricing went back to normal on the site, there is some residual code that is now messing with our google & social media shopping channels, it says the pricing is all still discounted when I tag products on line and when you search for anything on shopping which is now messing with the optimisation across all our ads. Shopify have confirmed there is code that needs to be removed and have recommend contacting a 'shopify expert' to remove it. So now looks like I'm going to have to pay $100s to fix it. Avoid!

Our app doesn't leave any code in the theme. There are several competitors with similar app names that leave their code in the app. Looks like you messed up the names of the app.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. The code is awful and it should not be available in the app store. We've had issues with our collection pages since connecting this app and the pages are taking forever to load. Collection pages have products that are blinking and not fully loading. Proceed with caution.
The merchant used the old version of the app. The current version of the app doesn't add any code to the theme and doesn't slow down the store.
Dreadful, hangs on install, customer support have no idea what their doing, can't even get rid of their broken code now, don't touch

Almost instantly on my first product, the discount was put in place.
It worked exactly as it said. Changed automatically all the prices of our store at the exact time we schedule, and then rechange them back as they were when we decided.
I USING FREE PLAN AND THE DISCOUNT IS WORKING.

It did what I wanted and it was easy to apply.
So basically I wanted to reduce my prices on certain Products.
GREAT APP, AND EVEN GREATER PEOPLE WILLING AND READY TO HELP.
I HAD TO MAKE IT STARS CAUSE ITS ONLY FREE FOR 10 PRODUCTS, 100 OR 50 COULD GIVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE AND SUBSEQUENT SUBSCRIPTION.
We have been so happy with this app. It works really well, and the support has been phenomenal. We had the most marvelous experience with the Get Sale app team troubleshooting an issue no one else could help us with. We are so grateful. Highly recommend.

We don't know what we would do without this app. Setting up sales is a breeze. We set up sales as far in advance as possible and this app has completely streamlined our process.

I was experiencing a serious problem with my store during a big sale and thought it was the app. I contacted support and within minutes their developers we're working out to see what it was.
It wasn't GetSale but instead it was my theme that was causing the problem. Due to the hard work and diligence of the support and dev team at GetSale they were able to localize the problem in the theme and then I was able to get in touch with the right theme developers to sort the problem ASAP.
It's the definition of going above and beyond service!

Super easy to set up sales and being able to schedule them in advance has been a game changer. The support team are super helpful and responsive, they even added custom coding to our store!
Service is amazing and app itself is a lifesaver. As a small business with only limited staff, having this app means we can schedule and then get on with our week, enabling preparation and planning.

Easy to use the app. Great support when needed. I would definitely recommend anyone who does bulk discounts use this app.
DO NOT RECOMMEND- Used the app only for a couple of discounts and 1st month charged 2x the amount even though they offer a free plan for less than 10 discounts. Then didn’t use any discounts for months and still got charged, uninstalled advised by shopify support, contacted the app support about my issue they advised basicly I agreed when I signed up to the payments but they will give me 1 month free but I have to contact them again. I was okay with the 10+ uses pay the $12 especially this time of year but every month even without use is pathetic for small business.

The app strictly follows the pricing described on the app listing on Shopify App Store. The app can't charge you 2x amount as it calculates discounted products very accurately and strictly. We don't have any hidden fees, our pricing is clear and transparent.

Really good app works as intended. Easy to use and understand no issues with it. Decent pricings would love it if it was a bit cheaper for start up companies or discounted if paid yearly like 20% ;). However, it's worth the price it works flawlessly. Excellent work thank you!
I've used this app for about 5 minutes, just so you know... but it works exactly as needed. Right now we have very few SKUs, so the free version is just fine.

So glad I found this app! It does exactly what I want it to do, displaying original and discournted price all in one place on product pages.
It would be nice though if the original prices also show on checkout page
Thanks for your review. Unfortunately, the app can't show the original price on the checkout page. Shopify doesn't allow app developers to manage the checkout page in this way. The original price could be displayed on the checkout page only when a merchant applies a discount coupon at the checkout page.

So far so good appears to be working on my first weekly specials. The app was easy to figure out and had the product discounts in the shop up and run in under 5 minutes.
Super easy to use. Just started using it so far so good. Applied discounts to entire store of 67 products with MANY variants.
App works great. Very simple steps and i was able to discount 4 products in 2mins. There were no bugs or stress. It's very easy and free. Best app I have found so far. Thanks! :)

WARNING: This app has a huge bug if you are using it on the same products within different shops - we were using this app on 5 different shops, 5 different markets, and currencies. We have a lot of troubles because it automatically changed all the prices on products - for example, a product that cost 20 EUR in German shop was selling for 500 CZK in the Czech Republic but then suddenly the price automatically changed to 20 CZK (wich is under 1 EUR) and we had to cancel hundreds of orders. I try to contact support and they didn't want to recognize the mistake - very dangerous app, don't use it if you are in a multi-shops business. Shopify should deactivate that kind of app provider.

I really regret that you faced the problem. But we investigated the issue several times. The app applied discounts correctly. We have logs that prove it. We found that prices changed outside of the app BEFORE the app applied discounts.
I suggested to you investigate the issue together more deeply and help you understand where the real problem is. As you ignore my email, I can't do anything.
