Great app! It is user friendly, so it was easy to set up my sale. I appreciate that I was able to include resources with specific tags and/or collections AND exclude specific resources. Being able to schedule the sale and having it automatically add a sale tag to each resource was exactly what I was looking for in a sale app. I highly recommend!

The only change I would make is to have a payment plan option that only charges for the month(s) the app is used. I won't be having a sale every month, so I have to pause my plan during those months and then reactivate the month(s) I have a sale. Just an extra step that could be avoided.

App does exactly what it says and integrated perfectly with my Shopify theme! I had looked at several discount apps before deciding on this one and I made the right choice. The customer service via chat is also excellent. I asked if a small aesthetic change could be made to how the discount was showing up in my store/on my website and they resolved it within less than an hour. Very happy with this app!

I was experiencing a serious problem with my store during a big sale and thought it was the app. I contacted support and within minutes their developers we're working out to see what it was.

It wasn't GetSale but instead it was my theme that was causing the problem. Due to the hard work and diligence of the support and dev team at GetSale they were able to localize the problem in the theme and then I was able to get in touch with the right theme developers to sort the problem ASAP.

It's the definition of going above and beyond service!

The best app out there for our needs! After trying numerous other discount apps, nearly all of them were limited to discounting by an integer or percentage, this was the only app we found (at the time) that offered fixed price discounts, plus tagging of sale products. The current devs are very helpful and responsive in the rare occasion we need to contact them.

We added this app to our store yesterday preparing for the Black Friday Sales, it is the best we have ever had providing a detailed way to apply the sale, especially being able to include and exclude specific variants, moreover the customer service team especially Alex is very friendly and quick in providing assistance, especially in inserting the code for the timer on the product page in the position we wanted. We highly recommend this app!

We are using this app for a long time now and it always works good for our needs. We had an issue with a discount code set in Shopify, and Dan from GetSale was really helpfull in explaining us how to set the discount code and the promotion we had with the app in order to avoid double sale on our products. We needed a way to display a sales price to our customers when we're running a sale and this app made it so easy! The support is very easy to talk to and we'll definitely be coming back the next time we need to use it. I'm told they are considering adding a free tier so users can pause their subscription in between running sales and that would be incredibly useful, that's the only reason we uninstalled it. Overall great app and customer support!
