I've been using it for 1-2 years. It always works great, no glitches. I don't know about support. I never had to use it.

I have been using the GetSale Bulk Discounts Manager for my online store for around 18 months, and it's been a game-changer. The app is easy to set up, allowing me to create bulk discount offers within minutes. The interface is clean, and I appreciate how straight forward it is to customise a discount.
What I like is how flexible it is. I can apply discounts to specific products, collections, or even my entire store, which gives me a lot of control over my pricing. The ability to set different discount tiers has encouraged my customers to purchase more, which has noticeably boosted my average order value.
Customer support has been fantastic as well. I had an issue when I was creating a collection discount and only half of my collection was discounted. I contacted the GetSale team and Taransh was quick to respond and incredibly helpful and rectified the issue that was my mistake!! Fixed in a couple of hours. They even followed up to make sure everything was working perfectly the next day.
Overall, GetSale Bulk Discounts Manager has exceeded my expectations and has great customer service.

I really love this app! So easy to use. We often run discounts on our store like a monthly focus on special products and I really notice the difference in sales when a timer is displayed on products for the end date of the sale. Not everyone sees the home page, especially if they are coming straight from an ad, so super handy to have the timer on products page.

Plus when you do a blitz like EOFY it is so simple to set multiple different discounts on bulk products, collections, tagged products - everything you need!

And if you do run into an error then support is very fast in responding.

Can't recommend highly enough as a great tool for any business with lots of products! Niome D

It does work does scheduling sales with timers. Waiting for more available features in the future, such like Bundles and Bundle Sales.
Support helps always when it's available. Which it could be available 24/7.
