RT: Instant FAQ, Help Center , 77 recensioner
This is exactly what I was hoping for when I was searching for a quick and organized way to create a FAQ on my website. This app is very easy to learn and has plenty to offer, especially as a free app.
I would easily give 5 stars, but I had an issue with the app on day 1, which I am currently waiting on a resolution from RoarTheme. A lot of my progress was not saved (even after clicking the Save button multiple times throughout the process of adding content). The app froze up and I had to refresh the page after waiting over an hour for the save icon to complete a save I had made. When I logged back in to the app a lot of my questions and answers had disappeared. Hours of work, gone.
I am hoping my questions were secretly saved and I don't have to retype everything. If this happens I don't mind coming back and changing to 4 or 5 stars, because the app is really great when it works properly.
So far, I just installed this app and it seems like it's going to work great for me, my store, and most importantly my customers. Excited to see how it helps me build and maintain better customer service and relationships.

Great! Perfect for what we needed, an FAQ pop up that allows customers to message us. Easy to install too!
At first glance it looks like a very good app. It is necessary to complete all the settings, see how everything will work, and only then draw final conclusions.
