I think it will help my customers to understand more about my website. By Adding categorized information, it will help remove the un-certainties and funnel any questions directly to customer service
So far, I just installed this app and it seems like it's going to work great for me, my store, and most importantly my customers. Excited to see how it helps me build and maintain better customer service and relationships.

I love Roar Themes Apps. They are mostly Free Apps that are great & do not overload your site. This APP is perfect for answering quick and easy questions without the annoying salespeople pop ups. Its easy to use, and simple to start. You can quickly and easily change or add your FAQ's. I would recommend using this is you need a HELP center for Google Merchant, without having to answer the same questions over and over again

The app seems to be super good - I've been excited to use it, but unfortunately it doesn't save the work. I've been trying for 2 days now and I've lost the work a couple of times because it simply won't save. I had to close the page and lose it all.
I hope they can fix this because it's a very cool app.

Fine app! Recommend it! Two improvements to the developer: 1. Add pre-edited FAQs like where's my shipment, get a refund, apply for return, contact us etc. 2. Add Tawk.to
