InstantSearch+ is a great replacement for Shopifys native search. It adds a great deal of functionality to on-site search and can help visitors navigate your product offering. For premium brands like Kidrobot that work with hundreds of different artists and entertainment licenses on a plethora of product types, it can be a challenge to organize a navigation menu to help customers find what they are looking for. We rely on having a robust on-site search to help visitors navigate the site.

The support team is responsive and helps when you experience problems.

The only thing that has been discouraging for us is that you have to upgrade to the highest plan to get many of the features most websites will need. One example is that the search does not automatically sync to product updates regularly unless you are on the top plan. This means any time you make an update to a product or publish a product you have to go into the app and manually sync it.

We're leveraging InstantSearch+ for search and collection pages. The tag-based filters are extremely powerful and everything is customizable and fast. The support has also been quick and helpful whenever we have needed it. On top of that, whenever we are seeking any additional functionality, I don't know how they do it but they seem to always have a path to resolution and they always have it quickly. Our team has been very happy with the level of customization we have been able to achieve. Thanks to Ed and the whole team over there!

Great App. Search result is loaded fast.

We've been using Instant Search for about 3 years now and it is a huge part of our e-commerce business. Easy to use and a very communicative support team that is definitely one of the standouts in the app universe here on Shopify. It's been a big contributor to the growth of our company too and has helped us grow roughly exponentially YoY since launching on Shopify

The platform has so many easily customizable options that it truly is an out of the box solution and is what you make of it. Once you get the lay of the land in the admin panel, you realize that you can do everything that you need to. Another great feature is that most of the styling of the theme is automatically picked up in the app which makes for a seamless experience.

We're now onto our second version of Apt2B.com launching soon and are taking ISP to new heights. We're excited to be partnered and are looking forward to seeing where things go with the app. Highly recommend.
