fast customer service response which I really like. there are some things that take time to understand but overall this app seems to suit our needs. They take into consideration any feedback that could help to improve the app

We're leveraging InstantSearch+ for search and collection pages. The tag-based filters are extremely powerful and everything is customizable and fast. The support has also been quick and helpful whenever we have needed it. On top of that, whenever we are seeking any additional functionality, I don't know how they do it but they seem to always have a path to resolution and they always have it quickly. Our team has been very happy with the level of customization we have been able to achieve. Thanks to Ed and the whole team over there!

We've been using Instant Search for about 3 years now and it is a huge part of our e-commerce business. Easy to use and a very communicative support team that is definitely one of the standouts in the app universe here on Shopify. The platform has so many easily customizable options that it truly is an out of the box solution and is what you make of it. Once you get the lay of the land in the admin panel, you realize that you can do everything that you need to. Another great feature is that most of the styling of the theme is automatically picked up in the app which makes for a seamless experience.

We're now onto our second version of Apt2B.com launching soon and are taking ISP to new heights. We're excited to be partnered and are looking forward to seeing where things go with the app. Highly recommend.

Fast Simon is crucial to our business. This app makes it so easy to set up our collection pages with the order of products we want. They're always updating to new and impressive tech. There are always new updates that push our site to the next level. Kylie, our rep, is the best. She always handles our issues very fast and lets us know when there is something better we can be doing to better utilize Fast Simon tech.

Support is very responsive and they work hard to make the solution have not only the functionality but also the look and feel that works. The actual functionality of this solution is top-notch.

Wow! There's too many great features to point out. I'll point out some. We have 20,000 variants and wanted something that would just work out of the box and give us Amazon like search functionality, but also allow us granular control over what our customers would see for certain queries.

1. It is very easy to setup.
2. Granular control over search, totally customizable.
3. Top notch support. Seriously. We had several questions along the way and a couple of minor modifications we wanted to make. The support is pretty stellar. Very helpful and insightful.
4. Lightning fast. We wanted something that would return instantaneous results and highly accurate. ISP does it.

Couldn't ask for a better search solution and we looked at them all on shopify.
