Fantastic product, but more importantly great customer service.

I had some wonky issues getting search to work on networks with a VPN and they made a couple of tweaks to fix it immediately. Truly impressed.

Zohar and Ed have implemented a number of features within days after requesting them. We're an enterprise user at the $200 level and couldn't be happier.

We've tried several different search solutions and InstantSearch+ has been hands down the best. This app is awesome!!! Installed instantly. We had some customizations to take care of and worked closely with Ed from their team to get these taken care of immediately. They have excellent support, even went out of their way to help us.

As for the product, what can I say. It's necessary, and these guys offer an extremely useful dashboard. Underserved searches data allows us to make adjustments for current trends. Synonyms and rankings are other useful features.
