Very easy to set up and get started with. Would be great to have more powerful native functionality on a different pricing plan (without having to get dev support) so that you can really go to town with pulling across data/info. On-demand syncing would be excellent as well. Overall a pretty smooth experience.
We use the InSyncer app to synchronise data between our MYOB Exo ERP and Shopify Plus, and it performs exceptionally well. Very reliable and Victoria & Cyberworkshop have been able to effectively work around lots of requests and customisations.
The Insyncer app has been an absolutely huge help in getting our MYOB systems integrated with Shopify. Ben and Victoria (especially Victoria) have been amazingly knowledgeable and helpful at every turn.
