No support available, or you have to wait 48 hours for a response.

Given the price of the app, there should be live support to help customers. As it is, you're on your own and have to figure things out yourself.

Bait and switch. It says $99 per month on Shopify, but when you download it, the lowest available plan is $199 per month.

Very buggy and test don't actually work even when support spend 2 months trying to make it work until I get tired and had to move on. Intelligems use to be the biggest one for A/B testing but nowadays they are just outdated compare to the new ones.
