Intelligems has been an essential part of our toolkit for years. The interface is intuitive, the support team is genuinely helpful and fast, and they're constantly rolling out improvements. Great software that we've used many times and has continued to evolve and surpass expectation with new tools like Personalization and Klaviyo Integration. We have used it to provide data before making big decisions around programs, shipping costs, designs, etc....Great service and support staff, too. They don't leave you hanging after you sign an agreement and just point you to an FAQ for support, but actually provide meaningful help when you need it.
