Upped charges with no notification, app and website never gave me a single notification and therefore all the money I spent was a waste. Continued to charge me even while I was in touch with them regarding this issue and refused to refund. Scam of a company and 0 customer service.
I don't understand why I have to delete the WhatsApp Business account from my phone number in order to link it with you? What is the reason?

They are leaking and selling data to other brands in same category. We have first hand experience this post installation of the application.

its been 10days and still it doesn't sync fully. You can not contact customer support because there is no such option. only option is automated chat which gives useless help article links.

Not at all professional attitude, team is not bother after mailing them number of times. The prtheir connected platform is also not working properly.

your app is not opening, lagging in some actions. cant even sign in. please provide an update, have complained about it too. completely useless now the basic use case of the app which is abandoned cart and order intimation step by step is not getting fullfilled . most of the errors in the catalog in conversion and integration are not available on the whatsapp help icon on home or every page this one is a solution or problems ?
