Over 2 days I've attempted to download, connect, design, and then view products for accuracy and selection to add to my cart in my Shopify Store. Even after a lengthy discussion with the help center the issue could not be resolved. The problem - it kept telling me it couldn't find the variant. There was none to be found in the first place. I even added one just to see if that might help - it didn't. Without finding the variant it wouldn't add any of the products to the cart for check out. Day 2, I'm uninstalling.

So far, my experience with this POD has been wonderful! I love the updates they made to their website! I received updates promptly for my sample order (tote bag). And i really wish I could share a photo. The QUALITY (100%) and VIBRANT (100%) print was outstanding, seriously! Very pleased seller and look forward to working with them once I launch! Thank you for your service!

I love the items that they have to customize, I have yet to bought a item. So I can't say much, but the app is easy to use, and variety of products to chose from!

I have just started using the app. Have created many designs and synced products to my store, however I have not published them yet, so the sales automation from the store has not yet been tested. Also I am only looking at the AUS made range for the moment.

With all that said, I think there are some great products available, reasonable prices and with really simply shipping times and costs, in fact all standard shipping in Australia so far is included, but express is available as an option.

If you are used to other apps like Printify and Printful then the editor is a bit limited currently. For example, the pattern designer leaves margins around everything. I believe it will get there though.

There are products available out of AU, US and CH factories at the moment. From what I can tell only the CH products will ship worldwide, but I could be wrong on that. As I said I have been mostly working on AU merchandise.

Regarding the editor, we are constantly working on enhancing our features and functionalities based on user feedback. We'll take note of your suggestions about adding text options and improving the pattern designer to remove margins, and we'll strive to make these improvements in future updates.

As for the shipping options, you are correct that currently, only products from CH factories are available for worldwide shipping. However, we are continuously expanding our offerings, and we aim to include more global shipping options in the future.

I would not recommend this app. It took forever to get my store launched because the shipping for their products had to be entered manually but they did not offer any help as to how to do so. Absolute waste of time.
