I've worked with IP for 2-3 years now. I usually place my orders directly on their website, not via the app which I just installed.
I work with a few suppliers based in China and IP is one of my most reliable ones. They are very fast, most of my orders ship in 4-5 days with them. Lately I had a special request for a bag that someone wanted to wear for an Awards and they agreed to ship it in 1 day... which is incredible for an item completely made to order ! I highly recommend them. Develop good relationship, be understanding and you will be well looked after. The only thing that I'm not too amazed with on their website are the mockups but with Chat GPT now, we can totally work around that. Again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND
