Cant recommend enough! able to get access to very good freight pricing, very easy to use system and most importantly very fast customer support! Daisy has replied to my emails soo fast everytime, the online chat help is also very good. just had a very weird issue which was caused on the other side which wasnt interparcels system but they managed to find the fault and fix it for me, on top of this ...
Great support from the Interparcel Shipping Tools team! We encountered a small tech error, but after contacting their tech support team, they promptly fixed it on their end. Very supportive and great attitude!
The shopify app has taken our online business to another level.
I can log in anytime and find anything I need to know. I can search any of our products and find their stats within a minute.

Integration is fantastic, especially now that Australia Post is an option. Saves an incredible amount of time. Prices at Interparcel are also quite competitive. Martin has been great at providing me with the best service. The claims team could be a bit more logical and transparent. Everything else is great.
