Love working with these guys! Very prompt in answering questions and finding solutions for my website issues. My site just went live recently and the rates during testing were accurate. I can't say enough good things about this app and the team behind it. I'm using it on two completely different high-volume sites that have very complicated shipping scenarios (several). This app handles it all. And does it well. Even better than the app is the support team behind it. Quick to help, and incredibly knowledgeable. I don't fully understand how they make it all work, but knowing they're there is a relief. I highly recommend this app based on my experiences over the past few years. And the customer service is the best I've experienced. When an app makes me look good to my clients, it's a win for everyone.

UPDATE: So the guys prove once again that they are very good what they do and got a terrific customer support. Thanks! Hi! So i have this app for 1 month now, i just started my monthly fee period. It is really helping me out to edit all the shipping rates through my store and able to give all the necessary information to my customers. I had some question regarding the Shipping Scenarios and Combining Shipping Rates and book a video meeting with them (Paul and one of his other colleagues) and they helped me out a lot. Finally i was able to understand the logic behind the shipping methods. So yes i am truly recommend you this app and the supporting team as well. 5 star guys! Thanks

We used this app to integrate with out wholesale portal and then of course with our normal retail shopping cart as well. We've got different shipping zones including Canada. Along with the great help from their customer service, the app works great!

The app has provided flexibility we did not have before, and which does not come natively in Shopify. The support team is very helpful. Michael in particular has taken on my specific account and become intimately familiar with our requirements. He been a tremendous help translating those requirements into the Intuitive platform.

This app is great for managing anything beyond a very basic shipping setup. If your store uses multiple box sizes for shipping, this app will choose the best box size for each order. The interface is very intuitive, and if anything doesn't make sense, Joel provides timely and professional support. Overall, this app is a lifesaver.

Super powerful app, can and probably will do anything when it comes to shipping. I've used quite a few shipping apps now for complex requirements and I wish I started here. Given its capability there is a learning curve, but the moment I felt I needed some assistance I reached-out and had my solution sorted same day. Outstanding support! Definitely recommend.
