Every time I reach out to customer service they are able to help me solve my problem in just a few clicks. I'm not super tech savvy, and while this app is super easy to use, we had a few products that required some help to calculate properly because of the way we needed to pack them. They were super helpful and FAST.

I have continuously gotten great support through this app. Frankly, our shopify store would be near impossible to run without the use of intuitive, and the entire team really does a great job of explaining things to make it a bit easier to navigate on your end. The help we have received from Michael with the set up of Intuitive has been amazing. The app itself takes a little bit to wrap your head around, especially for scenarios as complicated as ours, but it is amazing once it is up and running. This app is going to save us hassle, money and time.

This is a GREAT app for anyone needing to figure out shipping rates for their store. The support is beyond amazing. From the initial set up, to tweaks and changes along the way, as OUR needs changed, they are always almost instantaneously responsive. They understand that everything is urgent when it comes to your e-commerce business and respond accordingly. Special shout out to Paul who has been our go-to person since day one.

We have been using Intuitive Shipping for over a year on five of our websites, and we absolutely love it. The app does what we need it to do (which is really quite complicated & the native Shopify app couldn't even come close), the customer service & training are top notch, and we really love being able to trouble shoot any order issues by using the Activities tracker.

Incredible support. Ran into a problem due to the very large amount of collections in our store. They helped me fix the issue. The app is very easy to use and set up once you spend a bit of time to understand how it works. It's fast and flexible to obtain shipping rates for any type of business.

I was very happy to find the Intuitive Shipping app as our shipping costs were very different between different products and countries. I booked a demo for installation and Michael went through the whole app with me and helped installing it. After running some tests and adjusting some small things myself it worked perfectly! Very happy that we are now working with the correct shipping rates on our website! Thanks again Michael!

Very helpful tool! The offerings are fairly robust, which allows for detailed customization. There's a little bit of a learning curve when you're first getting everything setup, but their support is awesome and very communicative.
