Intuitive Shipping has not only simplified our client checkout experience for shipping options it has also allowed our clients to see all available rates and make the best choice for their needs . Our store has over 4k products and being able to package the right product dimensions was a hassle with our previous program now its simple to add / update and know everything is done right and in a simple to use format thanks Intuitive shipping .

We just installed this to replace a discontinued Canada Post app. The setup was really quick, with minimal hassle, and we had the app ready to go live within the hour. I really appreciate the Intuitive staff checking my settings and making sure everything was done correctly - that's a level of support that goes above and beyond.

The help we have received from Michael with the set up of Intuitive has been amazing. The app itself takes a little bit to wrap your head around, especially for scenarios as complicated as ours, but it is amazing once it is up and running. This app is going to save us hassle, money and time.

This app is amazing. We have set several custom shipping rules for perishable items, free shipping constraints, NOT shipping to PO boxes, etc. The team is amazing. It is easy to go through the documentation, but on top of that - they are available to setup a video call to walk you through how to setup something. White Glove service all the way around. I am so happy I found this app for our shipping!

I used this app to create flat rate shipping. I also used it to trigger free shipping after 50 items were added to the cart. It even let me trigger free shipping for the entire cart once certain products were added. I had some issues getting some things configured because I'm a noob, but the amazing customer support I received through chat made my life so much easier. They got me up and running in minutes when I figured I could be spending hours looking at this.

I can't believe we didn't get this app earlier! Setting up the scenarios to correctly reflect your desired shipping costs was made so much easier by Paul. He basically hand-held me all the way through until we got it right, his patience was outstanding. Now our store is truly reaping the rewards of this fantastic app and the boss is finally happy. I used this app as it allowed the flexibility for us to designate our delivery postcodes as we couldn't shop to the whole of the UK to begin with. The app is fantastically flexible and has been a dream to allow us to target the UK regions we support, and ensure that anyone who orders from us is within our shopping zones. Further to that, the support has been fantastic, polite, and extremely helpful. I can't recommend it enough!
