The app has provided flexibility we did not have before, and which does not come natively in Shopify. The support team is very helpful. Michael in particular has taken on my specific account and become intimately familiar with our requirements. He been a tremendous help translating those requirements into the Intuitive platform.

Intuitive Shipping neatly solves all the issues that we had with Shopify shipping. Their support is the most responsive and helpful I've run into in years. This product is all you need to deal with any shipping scenario you can think of.
Our initial need was to be able to offer free shipping to new customers without using a discount code - we wanted the discount code to be reserved for future new customer offers. We've been Happily using this solution for over a year now.
This week:
Our shipping partner that needs specific shipping service codes for different types of shipping (Ground, 2 Day, 1 Day). Shopify's draft order system doesn't allow us to specify specific service codes in conjunction with a custom shipping rate thus requiring an out of band exception to be processed by our shipping partner.
The ideal solution requires the ability to offer 2 different shipping lists depending on whether the order is being made by a customer via the store or by our support team via draft orders.
Intuitive Shipping quickly understood the need and then published a working enhancement in a few days solving the issue. Even better they then helped me implement the solution.
It's doing exactly what we were looking for. Great app! Everything is so made clear and simple ! Thank you :)
So far, so good. Has been able to solve all shipping problems we've encountered so far, and support is fantastic. Tricky to understand at first, but they guided is through set up with a lot of patience.
This application is really very practical.
For those who want to integrate multiple shipping methods it is an ideal choice. The technical support is Fast and efficient !

I've downloaded and uninstalled so many shipping apps before finding the holy grail which fit my exact business needs. My business is conducted locally however it is divided into many districts and suburbs which all have their own delivery time slots provided by local logistics company. Intuitive Shipping has saved me a lot of headaches and more time on my business. PROS: conditions to fit all types of scenarios (locally or internationally), many options within options, AND/OR conditions (not all apps support OR functions), simplistic and easy to navigate UI and MOST IMPORTANTLY, the app operates within the default flows of Shopify. Many other apps have the delivery options conducted at CART page which can ruin the overall flow, theme, and feeling of the purchasing experience - this app follows the default Shopify flow which consumers are used to with no surprises. Their support is also extremely quick, friendly and helpful. Their team quickly solved a problem I was facing within a few hours - it was within their off-hours but responded once they opened. CONS: A bit of a steep learning curve to fully learn its massive capabilities - the FAQ and help guide is sufficient but wished for more YouTube tutorials from their channel for folow-throughs.

I've used this app on two shopify sites, both with very different mailing set-ups. On both occasions the support team in Canada went out of their way to help and make the set-up as painless as possible.
This is the perfect app we've been looking for to solve our shipping problems with different dimensional size of packaging boxes. Joel is really helpful that arranges a skype live support to assist us to setting up everything and making sure our set up is on the right track afterwards. I highly recommend this app.
This is the best shipping app, period. This is the best support you will ever get, period. Plus they’re in Canada. Shout out to Paul for the best service ever.
We have complex shipping needs. Multi-box, domestic & international, free shipping, oversize items, beyond destination charges, complex variants, markups and discounts and Intuitive handles them all easily. This app is saving us so much time on oversized shipping quotes now. It blows my mind that Shopify is so bad at shipping. Don’t even waste anytime with Shopify shipping, you can’t even add product dimensions! I have no doubt Shopify will buy Intuitive at some point for a lot of money and they deserve it. They have made a great app and company.
It will take you time to setup all your product dimensions if you haven’t yet. Pay for the awesome white glove service to setup all your shipping scenarios fast. Trust me, Paul’s service is worth the price. I asked Paul so many questions that I started to annoy myself. He answered them all and continues to do so whenever we need anything.
Only suggestion for improvement would be to create a warning in the admin that indicates there are products with no dimensions. Mainly an issue for big product catalogs and no fault of Intuitive but we missed a few dimensions on variants and customers couldn’t check out. The app does have backup rates you can setup, but on oversize items you might eat some serious cost before you realize your mistake. Run through the product spreadsheet 5 or 6 times to make sure you didn’t miss anything and make sure to add Intuitive dimensions as part of your new product process before launching new products.
Stop looking, you’ve found the only shipping app you need. Great app, fantastic people, A+ from us!
