**UPDATE** The owner hopped on a call with me and customer support, immediately migrated new changes to the app, and fixed all of the issues with descriptions, product dimensions, and shipping calculations to mirror the old legacy system. Excellent customer service. While there still isn't a guide to the new interface and how it might impact legacy settings, the personal touch was very helpful, and they made sure the legacy settings remained and weren't overriden. They're also working on additional changes to streamline order packing slips and make it easier for our operational interface.

The update completely screwed up the entire shipping calculation. They updated the app without emailing or communicating to anyone, so now rates are all over the place, and products are not properly categorized with "ship together" or "ship separately" settings. The migration was done EXTREMELY poorly and none of the original settings were maintained for individual products. We had to go back in and manually update all our products which were multi-boxed because we were getting bad rate calculations.

Furthermore, now package dimensions are no longer being populated. That setting was automatically turned OFF, and once it's turned back ON, Intuitive doesn't display dimensions anymore. It just displays the title of the product. They expect you to go in and edit the title of the product with the right box dimensions, even though their app is supposed to "smartbox" everything.

We’re very sorry that you have had this frustrating experience with Intuitive Shipping, and we want to make it right. I know that you have been communicating with Paul, who is working with our dev team to resolve the issue with package dimensions in the new version, and my understanding is that a fix has been rolled out.

With regards to the shipping calculation/boxing issue Mike was helping you with previously, it is unrelated to the migration process and version agnostic. Paul has provided you with more information about this issue, along with an update on the package dims fix.

Our team has worked hard to ensure a smooth migration process for all of our users, and we’re sorry that this wasn’t your experience. We launched the new version of the app more than a year ago and delayed Legacy migration for several months while we built out the process. At the beginning of this year we notified all of our Legacy users that the new version was available and that, effective February 1st, we would be migrating Legacy users to the new version. This notification included a link to detailed information about the new version. We do apologize if this was not effectively communicated to you.

Intuitive Shipping is a great app! It solved our weight-based shipping "up charge" problem. The support was great and the set up was pretty easy.

We reached out to Intuitive when we realized that Shopify's shipping feature wouldn't cut it for the complicated shipping scenarios of our B2B website. We are among the early adopters of Shopify B2B and Intuitive did not have an out-of-the-box solution for our percentage-based shipping tiers. However, Intuitive's team worked very closely with our web developer to ensure their app works on our checkout page. Their work ensured that we could launch our website with confidence. The app itself has several conditional rules that would fit the needs of most businesses. Their customer service is extremely responsive and follows through to make sure the solution is implemented. This app is WONDERFUL! It saved my shipping. I have many variants that would not work with the Shopify native shipping options and others apps too. Then I found Intuitive Shipping and everything I want to setup was possible. And I to add to it, their customer service is exceptional!!! Paul and his team get back to you right away, very clear and solve and questions you have and are SUPER helpful getting everything setup. Best customer service ever! I am a happy customer and have had no issues what so ever with their app, and shipping is just smooth sailing. Mahalo for creating such a great App! Very Grateful!

Great app and works very well. The support team are very helpful when you need any help with the setting up of conditional shipping and scenarios. They are quick to respond to your emails and always have the answer for you straight away. Top app, very well developed.

I love smart boxing, and the multiple scenarios that I can use. The ability to ship certain products separately, and the blending options. It took about a day of work to enter the products dimensions, but it's worth it. I would love to see the option of optimizing a "free shipping" discount code. That would help a lot. Overall, very happy.

Thank you for your feedback on integrated free shipping discount codes. At this time we do have the ability to activate free shipping based on any of our 40+ condition types, as well as cart threshold limits such as weight and cart total. Our development team is continually exploring ways to improve the Intuitive Shipping experience and enhance our capabilities. Sometimes there are limitations because of the information we are provided by Shopify at checkout or how we're able to interact with the checkout page after we calculation shipping. If there is an opportunity for us to utilize a discount code option, we will certainly explore that possiblity for future updates.

A very efficient shipping app. Helped my store to present a very customizable shipping options. Their support is very responsive and quick to resolve. They were very prompt to get on call to resolve/guide me in building conditions. If you store needs customized shipping, go with Intuitive Shipping.

Superb customer service — our store ran into a snafu when we hit server capacity on a big sale, and the app team noticed, proactively set us up with a fix, and got in touch with us to explain the situation, all while we were still trying to figure it out ourselves and put out customer fires. Joel has been tremendously helpful with answering our questions and helping us prep for our future sales.

Joel has been amazing help setting up our shipping settings. Because of shopifys limited shipping customization ability our company was losing a lot of money due to incorrect rates shown. This app has solved all that. With more features being added in the future I am excited to continue using it. It pays for itself :)

Our store (aaronpackaging.com) has complex and specific shipping needs. 1) We have products that we store in one of three different locations in three different States. 2) Each of those products can be purchased individually, or in a prepackaged case. 3) Two of our locations offer customer in-store pick-up. While the other location does NOT. 4) Many of our customers order cases, as well as a variety of additional products individually. Requiring their order be packaged and delivered in several different packages. 5) Some of our customers wish to use their own carrier accounts to pay for shipping, and need that option to be available. So, to put it short.. This app needs to be able to look at the order. Determine which products are prepackaged cases, and which are a loose collection of individual products, figure out the most efficient way to package them all up, then offer accurate shipping options to our customer that include our pre-negotiated rates with UPS, FedEx, as well as offer in-store pick-up, and the option for our customer to use their own carrier account. HOT DOG! This little app does it ALL! Yes, it took a lot of back and forth to set it all up. But their tech help is top-notch. Patient, and clear in their instructions. I am grateful for their continued efforts to support our sites needs. (Updated 11/3/21 to fix grammer)
