Best support I've seen anywhere! This is also a very powerful app and gives you full control over every aspect of your shipping procedures. After trying out most of the shipping apps on the shopify store this is by far my favorite.

This app does everything I need, and does it very well! I have a store with multiple suppliers and use all of their shipping procedures, which are all different to one another. The ability to segment products from certain suppliers, and then segment further within that makes shipping to multiple postcodes and zones a breeze.
The customer support is the best I’ve seen from and Shopify App! Joel is super patient and understand of individual needs and more than happy to help. The biggest part of the store setup that Joel has helped me with is the custom rules, where, if a setting in the app doesn’t exist, and very simple in ordinary mathematical calculation can be added to a “special rule” section of your process, eg; vendor / 1 x weight x $, or something to that effect... this allows specific rules for certain products.
I can’t be more happy with a shipping app, it’s everything I want, and everything I’ll need for all my future suppliers.
If you need flexible strong customisable shipping scenarios made, this is your app. Don’t mess around stressing for the cheapest, there’s a reason this is a paid app, it works and works well!!

Paul and his staff are exceptional. They are very helpful and have helped me set up every scenario that we've needed so far in just a few minutes. They give great instructions and are always willing to check to be sure you've done it correctly. I would recommend this app to any business!!

This is the best app out there for presenting shipping rates to customers if you have lots of products and different shipping scenarios. It also integrates with Shipstation for rates, if you use that. Customer service is phenomenal!

From start to finish, I am COMPLETELY blown away by Intuitive Shipping! First let me say...it's so CRAZY to me that with as advanced (and "expensive") as Shopify is that they haven't developed a way for users to create shipping scenarios right within the app. I guess that's a good thing for app developers, but I digress. I needed help with getting some shipping settings together after launching two new products on my store. The guys at Intuitive Shipping (Hey Greg and Paul) literally saved my butt! The customer service was on POINT. They delivered fast. They broke down how to use the app. I could go on and on and on! Simply put: I am 100% happy with my decision to add them to my store and will be referring them to others who I know could benefit from this app. TRULY impressed (and GRATEFUL). Wish I could give you TEN stars! You guys rock!!

Update a Year Later: I won't say that we haven't run into issues with this app and calculations, but I retain my 5 start rating because of the support team. Just wanted people considering this to know that we're still experiencing the same great support all the time and not just during initial set up.

Original Review: We've had this app installed for about 24 hours (we had their original Smart Boxing app), and the support has been outstanding. We've been trying to do a lot ourselves, but have already had a number of abnormal scenarios where we've needed help, and have gotten near immediate responses. We haven't gotten to test out the app in a live environment yet, but I felt the need to write a review already because I'm so impressed with the support.

If I could give 10 out of 5, I would ! Customer service is on another level ! They take the time to help you, call you to help you set up your scenarios, and take full time to explain clearly all what you need to know ! I strontly recommand using this app for shipping set up ! Good job

Really great app. Easy to use and full of features. Support is fantastic and answer all questions in good time. Our business in the UK is a little complicated and we have time and day based requirements that this app handles well. Would certainly recommend.

Intuitive Shipping is a powerful shipping app that covers all bases. It can be a bit overwhelming at first glance but allows you to come up with some complicated and advanced shipping scenarios to better service your customer needs in different parts of the world. It also allows you to integrate some key shipping services/providers and can assist in displaying more info in the shipping method selection screen at the checkout - like delivery estimates! The team is super helpful and quick to assist if needed. They're also receptive to ideas or suggestions! Highly recommended app, it's solved all of our shipping problems and allowed us to streamline everything into the one app and offer a better experience to our customers.
