I have been very impressed so far with the power and functionality of Intuitive shipping. Even more impressive is the customer support and the customer friendliness of the platform. One thing i find difficult with many apps is that free trial periods are not typically enough to find the success of a platform. Intuitive's solution of allowing unlimited testing time was a game changer.

Does what it suppose to. Although it might appear tricky to set up, the tech support is very helpful so not really an issue.

Really robust shipping tool that helped us create tiered shipping rules across various shipping zones. I was able to easily book and one-on-one customer service call to troubleshoot a minor issue. Would definitely recommend!

I had an issue with my shipping rates when some of the orders were made.
I had setup up several conference calls with Intuitive Shipping Tech Support (Paul) and he was very patient and very helpful with my needs to resolve the issues. Paul is one of the best customer support I have ever had. Also, Intuitive Shipping made it possible for my store to offer a combined shipping rates that Shopify Profile could not provide at this time.

The app is great - handles all our complex shipping needs. The customer service is incredible, both by email and by meeting. Michael has been helping me figure out various issues with the complex shipping rules that we've set up on multiple occassions. Would recommend to everyone

This is a fantastic app. If you are looking to do any kind of shipping in Shopify with different vendors this is the app you need. You have a lot of control over how the shipping app works. The company is excellent to work with. You will not be disappointed.

Thought i would never find an app that could withstand my complex shipping system! The developer is awesome and is always there to answer any questions i may have...even the most complex. So grateful to have found this app!!!

Brilliant and fantastic service, especially customer service Paul incredible. The App itself does so many good works that Shopify supposed to that but thanks to Intuitive shipping all problems became normal. Thank you!

Great support. App can be a little confusing in the wording at times, but 1-1 support is always there for complex issues. We have very complex shipping rules, so this has been hugely helpful for us.

Our objective was to have customers see the same shipping price as what we end up paying the carrier. It seemed none of the Apps could do this task correctly! This was the only app we found that could accurately do what they call 4D boxing, to calculate the shipping based on what fits in the various shipping boxes we have. Their support team was very responsive.
