Intuitive Shipping has worked great for our store. We've set-up direct to consumer shipping for flat rate and free shipping options. We've also added some expedited shipping options. These options are only available to our direct sales customers, and we have completely different shipping options for our wholesalers. This app solved our problems of wanting to offer completely different shipping options to our direct sales and wholesale customers. Oh, the support is fantastic too!
Had an urgent issue and they were able to pinpoint it immediately. Was super helpful. We have very specific shipping needs so any glitch can be hard to find.
I use this to quote Fedex LTL just like my customer service does. It calculates the number of pallets needed for the job and gets a quote back from fedex. So well thought out with terrific extra features
Intuitive is a great app, and like the name suggests, it is highly intuitive. For complex scenarios, you do need some help, but support is always there to help you when you need it. Excellent support team willing to help you resolve any complex setup scenarios that you may have.

The app was a great solution for the custom shipping rates issue we ran into. I scheduled a quick 30-minute call to get a run down on the app. Paul did a great job of giving me a tour of the app and all its features, showing me how the app can solve the main issue our store was facing, and answering all my questions even after the call through email chat. Some of the best customer support I've gotten from a Shopify app team yet!

We have some pretty niche shipping settings that Shopify does not allow us to do. Been after an app for years that enables multiple factors in a cart such as weight, number of items and cost, all combined. Was recommended Intuitive Shipping by Shopify support and after a chat with their customer support, it was exactly what I was after. Took a little time to get my head around the set-up as my requirements were quite complex, however the app handled everything and support were there on-hand to answer any questions. Highly recommended.

So far, this app has solved a lot of the shipping issues we were encountering. Our biggest issue to date has been filtering and displaying different types of shipping options for the two types of customers we serve - wholesale and retail. Being able to create scenarios based on customer tags, as well as, per product or collection has enabled us to really dial in the different carriers we offer to each customer base as well as provide much more accurate rates. Paul has been nothing but knowledgable, patient, and most importantly, proactive in making sure the app is configured to our needs. We truly appreciate all his efforts and continued support. If there were 10 stars for this app I would rate them 11. App is extremely flexible and will do almost anything that most businesses will need. Support has been very professional, prompt and extremely helpful.
The Smartboxing algorithm has been an absolute game-changer for a small business that has been incorporating cubic dimensions into Shipstation manually for years. This will save us hours, days, possibly WEEKS of grunt work. Additionally, customer service and support are top-notch, and Chelsey is an absolute joy to work with.
