We have been using the app for about 9 months now and have been thrilled with it. All of our shipping is custom white glove in home delivery and setup. Pricing is complex based on product and customer location. The app is completely customizable to any scenario we can imagine and the support is always prompt and helpful. This has been a wonderful addition to our Shopify store.

Lets me configure almost any shipping rule I want easily. UI could use some work to streamline redundant button clicks, and there is an annoying thing with shipstation where the connection gets stale and I have to manually reset it
But communication is great and support is helpful. Would not be able to run biz without it

Very responsive and useful app for shipping rates, they are able to resolved my issue promptly and differentiate shipping rates in different locations automatically. Easy to use too :)

We recently started using the Intuitive Shipping app to solve a very basic but potentially expensive problem with the way that Shopify was applying shipping charges to our customer checkouts. I was able to schedule a call right away with a Customer Success Manager, Chelsey, who has been incredibly helpful in getting us up to speed and confidently using the App as quickly as possible. With such knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and helpful customer support, we felt 100% confidence in our decision to move from Sandbox mode to a paid plan right away. The App is working extremely well so far and we look forward to seeing how we can continue to make improvements to our business with the help of Intuitive Shipping.
