The customer service is absolutely amazing. We are a furniture store that sells online and in-store. We change our shipping scenarios multiple times and every time they are super helpful and ensure that we are happy with our end result. I have had multiple conversions with them on how to do various shipping scenarios and they always give us in-depth detail with pictures on how to achieve what we want. I can't say enough great things about them. If you are unsure, use them! They are super personable, nice, and helpful.
I handcraft and sell dog beds and because the beds are large, all of my orders ship out via DIM weight which Shopify does not support. I found Intuitive Shipping as solution and I could not be happier. I am a total neophyte so I needed a lot of help setting up the app. I was lucky enough to connect with one of their representatives named Paul and he is amazing! He went out of his way to make sure that everything was working properly. He clearly should be wearing a cape to work because he's a superhero in my book!

You know the pain of trying to get your shipping worked out - every store is different.
After researching a ton of apps and articles, I kept coming around to Intuitive Shipping.
All I can say is it's been awesome. Not only is the app capable of easily managing my particular store's needs, but Joel's customer service is simply outstanding.

This app helped us solve two problems: 1) How to account for two product types (individual books) and case products, and 2) how to create a range of shipping costs that covers the potential shopping cart variations and shipping options.
Intuitive Shipping does that and so much more. It can be complex, but the Support Team is AMAZING!!!
I can't speak highly enough about this app, it is the BEST because you can customize your shipping by tag, price, location everything!! I searched for hours looking for something like this and I am so glad I found this app, well-done guys at Intuitive Shipping you have truly made a great app! Would definitely recommend this app to everyone.
This app is something I've been searching for for years. The ability to have per product shipping fees is a real time saver for a store that often sells bulky/oversized items that require an additional charge. Set up was logical and Joel and Sharon were so incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!
