I love this app! I have tried almost every shipping app in the store... yes, I've probably tried that one and none of them are as reliable and straightforward as Intuitive Shipping. In fact, the only thing better than the app, is the customer service. Joel is extremely helpful, responsive, transparent, and friendly. I wish that he could be my CS rep for all of my apps.
For whatever reason, my company has some of the most complicated shipping rules that have ever existed. I've driven other developers to the edge of crazy, but, to my recollection, Joel was able to accomplish every single one of my tasks with grace. He wasn't stumped for longer than a few seconds and if something couldn't be done the initial way I thought it should be, he helped me find a solution, every time of which, was better than the original.
Do NOT waste your time trying others. Just simply use Intuitive Shipping! I guarantee you will be happy you did.
Intuitive shipping is a great app, it is pretty simple and straightforward. The support is outstanding!

This is an excellent shipping automation app. We had some specific scenarios that we needed to build for our products and packaging and this app handled it easily. Paul from the Intuitive Shipping Team was an excellent help and took care of our hiccups promptly. Very impressed and looking forward to continuing to work with them long term!

Amazing service from Paul. I had a whole bunch of unique requirements for my shipping that no other app could handle. He set everything up in less than a day and saved me weeks of stress and headaches. He was very patient and accommodating with my crazy requests and replied to all my questions super quickly. We just installed this app but have been testing it out for a week now. The best part has been the support team! We had Paul Cann and he was the absolute best!!! Answered all my questions prior to installing the app and while i was testing it out.

Love this app! Searched and tested several shipping apps and this one is the best by far. The support is amazing! Have 4 Shopify stores and each one is getting this app installed.
