A great app to handle my very complex international shipping scenarios. Support is above and beyond by Joel. Highly recommended.
Just got set up with Intuitive Shipping and the combined shipping works beautifully! Their support team is fantastic, quick to respond, and showed me a better way to calculate shipping. They pretty much led me through the whole process. I recommend them!
Their support system is very good, which is important because the learning curve for me was longer than I had anticipated. But I stuck with it and their shipping app is working perfectly.
Support team responds quickly and is very helpful with setting up the app based on your specific needs and complex scenarios.
this app is 980 a complaint and doesn't follow the guidelines to help people with disabilities function that's not compatible with the screen readers for one number two I have not received any support or help. I reached out several times, and had several meetings and no one to turn the damn they don't respond for the app support which is hurting me and my shipping process has been waiting patiently for several weeks just expire. . The bottom of the bottom line is don't trust these people it's very well decorated, but it does not perform to its own standards. I'm very unhappy and dissatisfied and I can I get no assistance, so I'm just gonna have to report this again to the ADA bought a complaint for people with

Great app with a lot of features to make your shipping accurate! I'm personally waiting for their newest version that could allow more boxes to be added, Paul was a great help and I cannot wait for the new update! We use 30+ boxes in our system because we sell a lot of different products of different size that get bought together.
Game changer! This app addressed all of my frustrations with Shopify shipping and the customer service is unparalleled! Signed up for the 1/2 hour one-on-one introduction which was extremely helpful and was amazed how quickly I got a response to my questions when setting up the app. Really impressed with the app and the support.
