Helped me get a free shipping rate for non-wholesale customers for a promo over a holiday weekend. I was able to get what i needed quickly and without much friction.
Difficult to get going but once up and running you're set! 10/10 service from Michael Janes, without his help I would not have been able to set my store up for delivery. Recommendation to the support team is to have more how-to-videos. Note: If you want to offer pick and delivery you need their sister app which is an added expense.

I wanted to clarify that Intuitive Shipping offers store pickup and local delivery options within the app (postcode zones, distance-based calcs, etc.) and that Zapiet’s Store Pickup + Delivery is only needed if you require a calendar-style delivery date and time selector in tandem with the robust control Intuitive Shipping offers.
I’m glad you mentioned more tutorial videos. These are currently in development, so, in the meantime, we offer one-on-one onboarding calls so that users can learn precisely how to configure Intuitive Shipping for their unique requirements. I’m thrilled to hear that you were able to take advantage of this, and Michael was able to guide you through the configuration.

When using Intuitive Shipping with Shopify POS, if you're using POS Lite, it doesn't support shipping options, so it won't interact with our system. If you're using POS Pro, orders that require shipping will pull shipping rates from our system as they do for online checkout.

You wont find a better shipping calculator. The setup might be a little hard to get into, but if you need any help just ask them. I was really stuck on one problem, sent an email, explained what i wanted, and the went into my inuitive acct and set up the basics so all i had to do was duplicate for different countries and shipping rates.
They are super friendly, problem solvers and helpfull.

Best App for postcode specific delivery charges. We have used this app for some years now, in its old format and the recently upgraded version. The old one was great, the new one is amazing.
The service is second to none, I had several occassions where we have needed to get some updates or tweaks and the response has been in minutes as opposed to hours.

I handcraft and sell dog beds and because the beds are large, all of my orders ship out via DIM weight which Shopify does not support. I found Intuitive Shipping as solution and I could not be happier. I am a total neophyte so I needed a lot of help setting up the app. I was lucky enough to connect with one of their representatives named Paul and he is amazing! He went out of his way to make sure that everything was working properly. He clearly should be wearing a cape to work because he's a superhero in my book!

I've downloaded and uninstalled so many shipping apps before finding the holy grail which fit my exact business needs. My business is conducted locally however it is divided into many districts and suburbs which all have their own delivery time slots provided by local logistics company. Intuitive Shipping has saved me a lot of headaches and more time on my business. PROS: conditions to fit all types of scenarios (locally or internationally), many options within options, AND/OR conditions (not all apps support OR functions), simplistic and easy to navigate UI and MOST IMPORTANTLY, the app operates within the default flows of Shopify. Many other apps have the delivery options conducted at CART page which can ruin the overall flow, theme, and feeling of the purchasing experience - this app follows the default Shopify flow which consumers are used to with no surprises. Their support is also extremely quick, friendly and helpful. Their team quickly solved a problem I was facing within a few hours - it was within their off-hours but responded once they opened. CONS: A bit of a steep learning curve to fully learn its massive capabilities - the FAQ and help guide is sufficient but wished for more YouTube tutorials from their channel for folow-throughs.

From start to finish, I am COMPLETELY blown away by Intuitive Shipping! First let me say...it's so CRAZY to me that with as advanced (and "expensive") as Shopify is that they haven't developed a way for users to create shipping scenarios right within the app. I guess that's a good thing for app developers, but I digress. I needed help with getting some shipping settings together after launching two new products on my store. The guys at Intuitive Shipping (Hey Greg and Paul) literally saved my butt! The customer service was on POINT. They delivered fast. They broke down how to use the app. I could go on and on and on! Simply put: I am 100% happy with my decision to add them to my store and will be referring them to others who I know could benefit from this app. TRULY impressed (and GRATEFUL). Wish I could give you TEN stars! You guys rock!!

UPDATE: So the guys prove once again that they are very good what they do and got a terrific customer support. Thanks! Hi! So i have this app for 1 month now, i just started my monthly fee period. It is really helping me out to edit all the shipping rates through my store and able to give all the necessary information to my customers. I had some question regarding the Shipping Scenarios and Combining Shipping Rates and book a video meeting with them (Paul and one of his other colleagues) and they helped me out a lot. Finally i was able to understand the logic behind the shipping methods. So yes i am truly recommend you this app and the supporting team as well. 5 star guys! Thanks

The help team at Intuitive Shipping, especially Michael, is incredibly patient and dedicated to getting this App working just the way you want it. And they'll walk you through all the steps so you can make updates on your own and not be reliant on them to do it for you. The functionality of the app is just what we were looking for: robust flexibility in setting rates based on product types, customer locations, membership status, etc. We couldn't find anything else that was as seamless from membership signup to shipping discount. Because of the number of ways it can be configured, there is a bit of a learning curve and necessary patience and persistence to getting it setup properly. But that's why Michael and team are there!

Due to our multiple shipping profile needs, Intuitive Shipping came to the rescue. Their team spent several days with our web developer in helping to get their app up and running perfectly. Now everything is automated with a simple scenario based rule. It took a little bit of getting used to, but now our staff collectively can update products on the fly that triggers the right shipping method every time! Thank you guys! This app is a life saver!

This app is honestly amazing! It does everything I need it to do and more. It can be a bit tricky at first as there are a lot of different options but, you can pretty much tailor this app to meet your personalized shipping needs. I was like a fish out of water when I first started using Intuitive shipping, however the Intuitive team is super helpful and accommodating they will teach you everything you need to know step by step and even provide you with useful information so you can get the most out of this app. I specialize in drop shipping home and garden décor so its pretty hard for me to use Shopify's standard shipping system. As it assumes that all of my products ship in a one size fits all box. This app has made it possible for me to now set my own custom dimensions for each product and group them into their appropriate boxes so I don't lose money on shipping or have to overcharge my customers. A big special thanks to Michael, Paul, Celeste & Sharon for helping me get my company off the ground after feeling like I hit a major roadblock you guys are the best!

We've been using this app for almost a year now, and it's worth every penny. The SmartBoxing algorithm is great, and it saves us the trouble of having to figure out which size package to use for each order. I also know that our customers appreciate the quick shipping quotes. It does take some time to set up your shipping scenarios and get your settings set up correctly, but there's a lot of support material to help you along the way. The tech support team is also very quick to respond and super helpful. I highly recommend this app!

Intuitive Shipping allowed me to add on the fees other apps did not even offer. By far the best app customer service I have dealt with, I honestly cannot recommend enough. They have helped me with so many different shipping scenarios, from a % fee, distance fee, and even a fixed fee on top of it. 12/10 overall!
The support for setup and carrier integration with Canpar and UPS has been outstanding. The functionality works very smoothly and enables us to cope with the widely differing shipping rates for our bulky and heavy items across the US and Canada.

The app works exactly as described. Technical support is first class! Between Joel and Paul the setup went as smooth as one can hope for when moving platforms. The app has the great ability of closing off areas based upon postal codes which was key for our company. If your wondering if you can do something in regards to customizing shipping options it is most likely an option in Intuitive Shipping.

I've used this app on two shopify sites, both with very different mailing set-ups. On both occasions the support team in Canada went out of their way to help and make the set-up as painless as possible.
Very customizable app. Was able to group # of items per shipping container, and automatically charge for a second container if more items were purchased. Able to set different conditions for different product types. Support has been amazing, pre- and post-purchase. Highly recommend
This app covers a huge variety of possible needs, basing shipping on everything from customer tags, carrier-specific rates, algorithmic packing, etc. As a result, it's necessarily going to have a lot of settings and be a bit confusing.
Luckily, the support is very knowledgeable and helpful. I always appreciate it when the person running support can fix the problem AND help me understand how to make changes myself. Intuitive Shipping has this great support (Dan specifically!)
Intuitive Shipping has helped our store easily provide shipping cost, based on a complicated rules-based calculation. This calculation is necessary because we use five separate locations, with slightly different shipping costs, to fulfill our orders. Once it was set up on our store, the dashboard and other features of the app have been easy to maintain as we add new brands and products. And, we have experienced exceptional customer support. Our sincere thanks to the developer.
Intuitive Shipping was amazing to work with and very responsive to any issues that came up during set-up. We had complex needs and logic that went beyond what any other app could support, especially related to multi-location inventory, and Joel and his team were able to work with us to provide exactly what we needed. Shopify's delivery logic is flawed and only works with a limited number of locations - with Intuitive Shipping and Zapiet Pickup & Delivery we were able to create a much better experience for our customers.
Excellent app flexibility and support from Paul. We used it primarily for configuring our postage map with 3PLs by time and postcode (whilst keeping a simple customer experience). Thanks!

Before Intuitive Shipping was recommended to me by a Shopify support agent, I was pulling my hair out with Shopify's native shipping configuration.
I could not base shipping on cart cost as my single product is eligible for UK Disability VAT Exemption, so when used, will reduce the cost by 20%. Entering weight ranges for a a 1.5kg product was tedious, and I found it very frustrating that Shopify won't allow shipping to be calculated by quantity. Wix is the same and I really don't understand why!
Anyway, with Intuitive Shipping, that is all in the dim and distant past!
Once Shipping Zones are created in the native Shopify system and imported into Intuitive Shipping (a piece of cake!), creating rates is easy, and you don't even need to enter a shipping cost for EVERY quantity. You can set it to increment the shipping cost per quantity, and if needed, add, or deduct a percentage or a sent amount of money.
With my UPS account, the shipping cost for three keyboards is the same as for one, so for a package that costs £5 each to ship, you would enter:
Shipping costs
Up To: ~
Shipping Cost: 5
Per Unit (Optional): 1
This means that for each of this item added to your website's cart, the shipping cost would increase by £5. This is not possible by just using Shopify's native shipping settings, and saves a LOT of time.
There are many other features that I have not yet used, but after wasting weeks with the Shopify shipping system, and other shipping apps, Intuitive Shipping is literally worth it's weight in gold, as are Paul and the other staff who offer outstanding support.
Incidentally, if you have implemented a shipping rates calculator to your cart as I have, it works just fine with the rates pulled from Intuitive Shipping.
Definitely an app not to be without!
Thank you to Paul and Celeste for all the support in setting up our UK shipping rates by postcode. Very powerful app with multiple configurations. We use FedEx, Royal Mail and DPD. For DPD we needed to split out destination by postcode. Paul also helped us restrict the collect from store option to only be displayed to customers located 25km or less from our premises using Google Maps API. Works great, took me a while to get my head around the setup ,but support have been very patient with me. I highly recommend this App. :-)
Intuitive Shipping neatly solves all the issues that we had with Shopify shipping. Their support is the most responsive and helpful I've run into in years. This product is all you need to deal with any shipping scenario you can think of.
Our initial need was to be able to offer free shipping to new customers without using a discount code - we wanted the discount code to be reserved for future new customer offers. We've been Happily using this solution for over a year now.
This week:
Our shipping partner that needs specific shipping service codes for different types of shipping (Ground, 2 Day, 1 Day). Shopify's draft order system doesn't allow us to specify specific service codes in conjunction with a custom shipping rate thus requiring an out of band exception to be processed by our shipping partner.
The ideal solution requires the ability to offer 2 different shipping lists depending on whether the order is being made by a customer via the store or by our support team via draft orders.
Intuitive Shipping quickly understood the need and then published a working enhancement in a few days solving the issue. Even better they then helped me implement the solution.
There isn't a single best app in the app store! You can literally do just about ANYTHING when it comes to possible shipping scenarios.
The best part of this app is the team that supports it. They are SO attentive and helpful. If you have any complicated shipping needs, install this app and get to work.
You can even schedule FREE Shipping threshold scenarios in advance which makes holiday sales planning much easier!
App allows you to combine postage options and charge per unit, so much more flexibility than the default Shopify options. Live chat are a great help and will assist with set-up to ensure everything is working to your requirements. Instant, helpful and would have been lost without their assistance!
