Excellent customer support. Michael Jones was great! He even gave me the option to schedule a one to one meeting to explain all details on how to set up my shipping rates.

At first, it can be a bit tricky to get the scenario right but once you understand how it works it's very easy!

This is the best shipping app on Shopify by far. It can handle any sort of weird scenario we throw at it. We were using Boxify but it would time out with large quantities. The support team (Paul and Michael) are phenomenal. I'm able to get things answered quickly and efficiently. They are probably the best developers I've ever worked with.

Great product with really fantastic support!
