Absolutely the best shipping app for complex shipping scenarios. Michael was excellent with support, always responding quickly and thoroughly to any question. We love the fact that it can handle our specific needs no matter the product combination. Great for stores that need to define their own shipping times to account for processing and those that pass shipping discounts on to customers. Thanks guys!

This app has provided THE solution to our complex shipping requirements. Once configured, the smartboxing algorithm really improved the delivery service options and rates returned for our customers. It integrates well with our UPS carrier negotiated rates. The support team provided excellent customer support as we worked through all of the configuration and testing.
This app is exactly what I was looking for! It's the only app (that I've been able to find - and trust me, I did a BIG search) to address the serious deficits in Shopify's shipping rate calculations for Canadian businesses. Before using Intuitive Shipping, I had only one default shipping box (which was huge to fit my biggest product), which meant that I would be charging clients buying only a wallet, $30-60 for shipping. Of course, that scared away a lot of potential business. When I got Intuitive Shipping, I was able to add dimensions to each product so that it would choose boxes that were better suited to the product that I was shipping - and charge the customer a reasonable shipping amount. My first sale post-installation/set-up of the app, the difference between my actual shipping price and the rate that the customer was charged was only 2 cents! Finally, I want to thank Joel (one of the co-founders) who spent hours with me helping me to set up my shop and my shipping settings via Skype. In summary, I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this app to any Canadian businesses who are looking to improve their shipping rate calculations in their store. Thanks Joel!

We migrated to using Intuitive Shipping after years of struggling with native Shopify shipping settings. This has really given us a lot more control over what and when we charge customers. The set up was a considerable effort due migrating multiple stores at the same time and due to the fact we ship to almost all countries from each store so had a lot of zones and prices to configure. However it was well worth the effort as we have significantly greater control now without the need to leverage developer support anytime we want to make a rule change. I have high hopes for how we will continue to get more from the tool in the future. Migrating to volumetric weights has been a long term aim and this app makes that possible! The Support offered from the Intuitive Shipping team has been first class and have always been very responsive.
