We have very complicated Multi-location shipping needs. We haven't needed much assistance since our initial onboarding, but updates to Shopify made things challenging for us. Mike in support was very patient and solved all our issues and then some. I would highly recommend this app if your shipping needs tend to be complicated.

Intuitive Shipping has an incredible amount of functionality, which means it's a powerful tool and suitable for all business types, but it also means it can be a bit overwhelming to navigate if you're not savvy with shipping apps. I contacted their customer support before using the app to see if they could help navigate this, and they literally took us through step by step to get shipping configured for 68 stores, and were even able to jump in and configure most things for us.

They took all the stress out of getting shipping sorted for us, which made launching our website infinitely easier.

The customer service can not be faulted, they were patient and friendly and very very responsive. They're quick to resolve any technical issues, and they are helpful with troubleshooting configuration issues as well.

You can even schedule FREE Shipping threshold scenarios in advance which makes holiday sales planning much easier!

This app does exactly what it says it will, and costs so much less than all of the other alternatives out there! We have worked with plenty of other shipping apps and this is by far the best. The best part however is Joel and his customer service. We have had a few issues with rates showing up funny, but Joel is always right on top of it and goes the extra mile to help fix it.
