We have very complicated Multi-location shipping needs. We haven't needed much assistance since our initial onboarding, but updates to Shopify made things challenging for us. Mike in support was very patient and solved all our issues and then some. I would highly recommend this app if your shipping needs tend to be complicated.

Intuitive Shipping has an incredible amount of functionality, which means it's a powerful tool and suitable for all business types, but it also means it can be a bit overwhelming to navigate if you're not savvy with shipping apps. I contacted their customer support before using the app to see if they could help navigate this, and they literally took us through step by step to get shipping configured for 68 stores, and were even able to jump in and configure most things for us.

They took all the stress out of getting shipping sorted for us, which made launching our website infinitely easier.

The customer service can not be faulted, they were patient and friendly and very very responsive. They're quick to resolve any technical issues, and they are helpful with troubleshooting configuration issues as well.

Highly recommend!

This is a great app with so much to offer. The customer service is also top rate, as sometimes it takes a little guidance to make sure everything is set up and rates are reading correctly at the checkout. Michael was a pleasure to speak to and an absolute star - helping to resolve a recent issue quickly and efficiently via emails and a video call. Thank you!

There isn't a single best app in the app store! You can literally do just about ANYTHING when it comes to possible shipping scenarios.

The best part of this app is the team that supports it. They are SO attentive and helpful. If you have any complicated shipping needs, install this app and get to work.

You can even schedule FREE Shipping threshold scenarios in advance which makes holiday sales planning much easier!

This app does exactly what it says it will, and costs so much less than all of the other alternatives out there! We have worked with plenty of other shipping apps and this is by far the best. The best part however is Joel and his customer service. We have had a few issues with rates showing up funny, but Joel is always right on top of it and goes the extra mile to help fix it. If you are having second thoughts about switching shipping apps or enabling one for the first time, stop worrying and install Intuitive Shipping!
